Saxophonist Wins PSU Wind Ensemble Concerto Competition

Congratulations to Penn State Saxophonist Patrick Feher, Co-winner of the Symphonic Wind Ensemble concerto competition. 

He will be performing the Walter Hartley Concerto for Saxophone in November, 2016, with the Symphonic Wind Ensemble.
